A tool for exploring your plan

FiVue is educational planning software. Its projections are estimates based on the information and assumptions you choose. They are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and they do not guarantee future returns, retirement dates, or other outcomes.

Review your inputs and assumptions, check important results independently, and seek qualified advice when needed before making financial decisions. FiVue beta does not connect to a bank or brokerage or execute trades.

Your account and responsible use

Use an email address you control and protect your sign-in links, password, and devices. You are responsible for the information you enter and for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us if you suspect someone else has gained access.

Use FiVue for your own lawful planning and only enter information you are entitled to use. Do not attempt to access another person’s account, bypass security controls, disrupt the service, or use it to send abusive automated requests. Access may be limited to address misuse or protect users.

Your content and privacy

You retain ownership of the content you enter. You allow FiVue and its service providers to store and process that content as needed to operate the features you use. Our privacy policy explains account information, service providers, browser storage, exports, and deletion.

You can export your plans and request account deletion. Keep your own copies of important work, especially before deleting an account or clearing browser data. Deleting an account is separate from canceling a subscription. Accounts with billing records require support-assisted deletion after billing is reconciled.

Free access and no-card beta previews

Free features remain available without a subscription. A no-card Premium beta preview has no automatic charge and never turns into a paid subscription automatically. When that preview ends, Free features remain available.

Paid plans are offered only when secure checkout is available. Prices shown before that are planned launch prices. Buying a paid membership is a separate choice, with its price, trial eligibility, renewal terms, and agreement shown before checkout.

Optional paid subscriptions

The planned monthly membership is USD $12 per month. Eligible new monthly customers receive a 14-day trial that requires payment details; after the trial, the membership renews at USD $12 per month unless canceled first. Returning monthly customers who have already used a trial pay USD $12 per month without another trial. The annual membership is USD $108 paid upfront each year, with no trial. Applicable tax is additional.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. The offer shown at checkout identifies the actual amount, currency, billing interval, and any trial. Do not continue if it differs from the offer you intended to purchase.

Paddle is the reseller and merchant of record for paid purchases. Paddle handles payment collection, applicable tax, receipts, and payment details under its Buyer Terms. FiVue does not receive your full card number.

Cancellation, refunds, and price changes

You can cancel a paid membership from Account, through Paddle’s subscription links, or by contacting support@fivue.com if you cannot sign in or encounter an error. Cancel before a trial ends to avoid its first charge. A scheduled cancellation normally preserves access until the end of the current paid period or trial and stops later renewals.

Cancellation does not itself refund a previous charge or provide a prorated refund for unused time. FiVue does not offer refunds for a change of mind, non-use, or forgetting to cancel. We will refund charges caused by a FiVue error. Mandatory legal rights and refunds available under Paddle’s terms remain unaffected. Our refund policy explains the exceptions and how to request help.

Any price change for an existing membership is subject to applicable notice and consent requirements. A new published price does not, by itself, change an existing subscription.

Changes during beta

FiVue is still being developed. Features, calculations, and availability may change, and bugs or interruptions can occur. Review saved work after material changes and keep exports of information you need. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms as the service develops, subject to applicable notice and consent requirements. The date above identifies the current version.

Who operates FiVue
